Bread with rice milk and chocolate muesli
For two 250g/300g breads
Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes at 240°C
INGREDIENTS
250 g of rice milk
1 sachet of baker's yeast
200 g of wheat flour
100 g of chocolate muesli
Salt
Pani-moule COMTESSE
PREPARATION:
Mix the rice milk with the yeast in a big bowl.
Add 200 g of flour, 100 g of chocolate muesli and a big pinch of salt.
Mix up everything with a fork.
Sprinkle flour on the dough and leave it in the oven for 1 hour 30 to 2 hours at 30°C or near a heat source.
Put the dough in the Panibois wooden molds.
Sprinkle on some more flour and leave inside the oven while the oven pre-heats (until it reaches 240°C).
Do not forget to place the drip pan with some water inside in the oven.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
